To prepare it, natural and nutritious materials such as walnuts, grape juice, etc. are used. To prepare walnut halva, first they heat the grape juice, sugar and glucose in a copper pot, then after boiling the ingredients, they add the Chubak plant. The mixture is stirred in a special device such as a mixer for two to three hours to obtain a firm and clear substance. After this stage, walnuts and sometimes pistachios are added to it.
